New account number in the billing of Vantaa Energy Electricity Networks Ltd
Vantaa Energy Electricity Networks Ltd has joined forces with Ropo Capital with regard to sending of bills, payment processing and payment-related customer service.
The electricity distribution bills will still be sent by Vantaa Energy Electricity Networks Ltd, but the account number shown on the bill will change as a result of the new partnership.
The new account number is FI47 5000 0120 4932 66.
The first bill with the new account number will arrive from mid-September in accordance with your billing interval.
Our direct payment or e-invoicing customers need not do anything with respect to the change because the payments of these bills will automatically be directed to the correct accounts. If a network service bill is not paid by direct payment or e-invoice, please update the new account number in the payment template of your online bank.
Extended opening times in customer service related to payments and due dates as a result of the change
As a result of the change, our customers will have the benefit of even longer opening hours of customer services by Ropo Capital with regard to sending of bills, payment processing and payment-related issues. You will have the use of, e.g. the Ropo Online service where billing issues can be managed at any time of the day or night.
If you have any questions about the contents of your bills or other issues related to the electricity network service, you can contact the customer service of Vantaa Energy Electricity Networks in the same way as before.
